Baltimore Union SC – U10 Girls Age Group Announcement

We are excited to announce that Coach Eric Breach will serve as the Head Coach and Age Group Lead for our U10 Girls at Baltimore Union Soccer Club.

Eric brings a wealth of playing experience and a strong passion for developing young players in a challenging & engaging environment.

A former defender, Eric played NCAA College soccer for four years before competing for Christos Soccer Club in the NPSL in 2007. With Christos, he also participated in the U.S. Open Cup and USYSA National Cup, while also earning recognition as a member of an O-30 National Champion team.

Over the past three years, Eric has served as a Head Coach with Baltimore Union, where he has demonstrated his ability to connect with players and foster meaningful development.

“It doesn’t take long at one of Coach Eric’s sessions to hear the encouragement in his voice” said Baltimore Union Executive Director Frank Assaro. “He creates an environment where players feel confident trying new things while giving their best for the team. Even more important, the girls genuinely enjoy the process in Coach Eric’s camp. They’re having fun, growing in their love for the game, and leaving sessions wanting more.”

Baltimore Union Director of Coaching (Girls) Colin Devlin added, “Eric brings an outstanding blend of playing experience and player-centered coaching. He understands how to challenge young players while keeping the game enjoyable, and we’re excited for him to lead and shape this age group as it continues to grow.”

As the club continues to develop the U10 level, Baltimore Union is also pleased to share that last year’s 2017 Elite Head Coach Antonette Lalia will remain involved within the age group. She will continue supporting player development and contribute to the overall structure under Eric’s leadership. This approach reflects the club’s commitment to providing a strong developmental environment while growing both the depth and quality of the program.

Tryouts for our U10 Girls Program are currently underway.

The next tryout session will take place on Thursday, May 7th at Concordia Preparatory School at 6PM, where Coach Eric and Director of Coaching (Girls) Colin Devlin will be on-site leading the session.
