Union U16 Head Coach Dale Foard Joins Calvert Hall Soccer Staff as JV Head Coach; U16 Elite Boys Actively Seeking Goalkeeper

Baltimore Union Soccer Club is proud to congratulate Dale Foard on his appointment to the Calvert Hall College High School Soccer Coaching Staff, where he will serve as Head Coach of the JV Team this coming fall.

Coach Foard who is also the rising U16 Union Elite Head Coach and U16 Age Group Coordinator will lead a tryout this Monday, May 4th at Calvert Hall from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, providing players with the opportunity to join one of the premier U16 programs in Maryland.

Union’s U16 Elite Boys will compete in the USYS National League this upcoming season, along with a full schedule of top tournaments and showcases. This platform offers consistent exposure to college coaches and high-level competition.

Coach Foard’s role at Calvert Hall reflects his continued growth and recognition within the Baltimore soccer community, while his primary focus remains on developing Baltimore Union players and helping them reach their full potential, regardless of their high school affiliation.

As the roster is finalized, the team has an immediate and critical need for a committed goalkeeper.

The coaching staff is seeking a driven player who is serious about development and has ambitions to play at the collegiate level.

“This is a unique opportunity for the right goalkeeper,” said Coach Foard. “Between our National League platform and our showcase schedule, we are building an environment where players can truly be seen and developed.”

Baltimore Union SC encourages motivated players to attend and compete for a roster spot within the rising U16 age group.
